I am FAT!

They say that video adds about 40 pounds to your real weight. In this Potato Kugel recipe video, you can see that I seriously need to lose like 80 pounds.
Watch the video, and let me know what you think.
BTW - there are some dropped frames in the first 30 seconds which take away from some of the basics of the video. ignore it and watch the rest of the video.

If one is checking the eggs individually, it should be placed in a glass first. Glass does not become treiff, whereas if one would placed an egg with a blood spot directly in the metal bowl, one would have a problem.
Now, back to out regularly scheduled program…

Now for some critique. When dishing the batter into the pan, or when mixing the batter, there needs to be a close up shot on the batter.That way the audience knows what the batter should look like before and after it is placed in the pan. The truth is ,close ups are needed at each step.

Hey.. Thats was great.. SOOO coollll! I always wanted to know how to make kugel, but was never up at 6 in the morning on Friday when my mom did it.. Now i now how to make it. If its no good ill direct the future hubby to you aidel….

That was absoulutely hysterical! I also liked the dance at the beginning the best! Booooooooooooooooooooooooooop! And in response to “I am fat”- it’s better that way for a chefs video….its much more the type than a scrawny chef. you know that chef statue i always see by restaurants holding up the menu-kinda looks like adiel….
